UNIQA – internal communications

Numerous negative perceptions have risen in the last few decades regarding insurance companies. Uniqa has realized this undesired tendency can only be stopped with a change induced from the inside. We were tasked with the great responsibility of the internal communications management, and our team has instantly jumped into work.

A paradigm shift needs a creative concept, that’s creative in every way, and lets employees sense the change in everyday situations.

This way not only we could think strategically about concepts and contribute to the training of their leaders, but also had the opportunity to create the office design making sure nobody loses focus regarding the long-term goals.
